How does the check-in and check-out process work?

Once the vacation rental fees have been paid in full, the tenant will receive an email containing the telephone number of our House Keeper. The email will also contain the passcode to enter your vacation home (there are no keys needed). This passcode is changed frequently. Please contact our housekeeper at least one day before check-in to schedule the check-in. The housekeeper will check you in and show you how to use all the home appliances and features. Upon scheduled departure, and upon your request our housekeeper will meet you at the home to conduct brief inspection. Please allow a minimum of 15 minutes for this procedure.
