If there is a problem with something within the vacation home, will i get a credit or refund?

We want your visit to be enjoyable, comfortable and pleasant!

All of our homes regularly undergoe maintainance check up every month. All of our homes are realtively new (built within last 10 years and recently undergone complete remodeling, new appliances, and improvements. However, there is always a very small possibility something or somewhere can go wrong. If there is a problem with something, pleace call us right away. And we will send a maintaince person to fix it soon as possible.

Examples that are not guaranteed and will not warrant any refund or credit of rental monies include, but are not limited to: failure of AC or heat, pool-spa equipment/heater, appliances, electronics or cable TV, the home’s systems or mechanical malfunctions, plumbing, Internet, construction taking place in the area, a home not decorated or appointed to your expectations, bad weather, condition of landscaping, or a neighborhood disturbance.

In the rare event of a mechanical malfunction, we will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible but there are no refunds or credits given.
